About Bella
She is a tiny cat fairy who can fly in the air without having wings. In real life she is also Louise's Catsy doll.
Personality
Joyful (although the doll's face doesn't express this), always tries to cheer people up. Bella often tries to get into the larger Fylan's (cat people's) faces and tries to prove she is just as good as any of them.
Bella usually has a sad face when alone and/or in deep thought.

Background Story
Bella lives in a fantasy world (Vermilia) inhabited by cat-people known as Fylan. While Fylan are human sized, Bella is a "fairy" type of Fylan called Fylan Fae. It is the duty of Fylan Fae to guide, assist, and watch over Fylan - Especially children. Bella believes she is powerful, and deserves a place in Bast's Children - The Fylan's special defence force. Although is rejected by the leader, Taruto Nefertari, because is too small to wield weapons. She doesn't have any real powers, other than being able to levitate in the air for short periods of time.
Throughout her life, she has hassled Taruto and other guardian/warriors for a place in their squad. She can't talk to them all the time, due to the fact that they are too often out on missions or on duty guarding the shrine. But she often catches up with Taruto while she's out fishing, threatening, and distracting her with swords or spears, causing Taruto to lose her catch.
At some point she {runs away, explores or is banished - haven't decided} becomes lost outside the Fylan realm, and meets Sophie, a human child, who is also lost. She feels an overwhelming urge to follow her Fylan Fae (faerie) instincts to guide and look after Sophie. It is at this point she decides she better suited caring for creatures, rather than attacking them. But before returning Sophie her to human-kind, Bella has plans to show off her ability and responsibility for looking after a child of a different species.
